Ideal Development USA, LLC is a team of experienced professionals seeking investors  for the purchase, and sometimes the purchase and rehab, of foreclosure and distressed properties, including short sales. We will provide investors a rate of return between 9-15% per annum from mortgages that pay monthly or quarterly. Investors will receive a participating interest, alongside our own equity investment, in a first mortgage on the property, with proper title insurance and property insurance coverage.  Most of our transactions are in the $100,000 to $1,000,000 range, secured by properties with substantial equity above the mortgage.
